Mill View is situated in the beautiful little ancient market town of Northleach which sits right in the very heart of the Cotswolds. The towns origins date back over 1200 years. 

The medieval wool trade brought great wealth to Northleach, it exerts a rich and interesting tapestry, as you walk through the meandering cobbled streets you’ll be met with some delightful 15th and 16th Century half timbered buildings.

Boasting one of the Cotswolds' most impressive 'wool' churches: the church of St Peter and St Paul is considered the 'Cathedral of the Cotswolds'. It really is quite stunning and worth a visit. 

At the town's centre is the ancient Market Place, here you'll find all the necessities of village life including a butcher and baker and two pubs. The small town has a great heritage and is full of atmosphere and 

A short walk from the town centre is the Old Prison, an 18th Century 'House of Correction' with both prison and court house, now a lovely cafe.
